I first contacted Richard Dennis Fine Renovations in 1983 to preform building maintenance at our automotive dealership.
Though I am now retired from the business, I still engage Richard Dennis Fine Renovations for my home maintenance needs.
In 2000 I purchaced my present residence. I had them preform a complete interior renovation prior to my occupying the house.

Richard Dennis Fine Renovations has been a part of my family for over 16 years.

I enjoy refurbising older homes... late 1800, early 1900's. These type of homes offer their own challenges and you really need to know what you are doing when you get involved in one of these projects.

Richard Dennis has refurbished two of my homes in Port Dalhousie in the last 16 years, and the workmanship was second to none. Richard takes pride in his work, and is always attentive to details. If he can't do the work, he'll make sure he gets an expert in who will (although through the years, there has been very little that Richard could not do).

I could never have imagined tackling such projects without Richard's help.
One home was completely gutted... new windows, walls, flooring, kitchen, wiring, plumbing, insulation under the crawl space, fencing, landscaping, driveway, walkways... you name it, it had to be done. And being a woman's prerogative to change her mind, Richard always listened to my needs.

My homes were my pride and joy, and Richard would go beyond what was required to complete a job.
